Sai S Sampathkumar

Sai S Sampathkumar

Sai has about 20 years of experience across multiple industries and geographies with functional expertise in Business Analytics, Product Management, Business Strategy and Organizational Leadership. At ATMECS, he plays at the convergence of Sports Business, Digital Technologies and Next Generation Analytics.

Prior to joining ATMECS, he held influential analytics and product management roles with companies like Progressive Insurance, Farmers Insurance in the US, has been a second generation small business owner in manufacturing and has worked with top sports organizations in India as an entrepreneur. Sai holds an MBA degree in General Management from Cornell University, an MS in Applied Statistics from Bowling Green State University, USA. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Ravi Shankar Koti

Ravi Koti is a seasoned IT professional with 20+ years of experience in different Delivery Management roles across Program Management, Vendor Management, Application Development, and Maintenance projects across various technologies & geographies. He has an excellent track record in managing and delivering large scale projects with expertise in rolling out Agile transformation in large enterprise programs.

Prior to ATMECS, Ravi was associated with companies like Kony Labs, Cognizant Technologies, and Ness Technologies.

Bhanu Mokkala

With 23+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, Application Development across diverse locations and cultures with numerous technologies, Bhanu Mokkala has been part of the core tech team that has enabled unlocking some of the complex business solutions for ATMECS clients.

Bhanu has designed & developed solutions involving Blockchain, AI-backed Conversation BOTS, apart from his core area of expertise in User Interface technologies, for ATMECS’ high tech clients. Before joining the team of passionate minds, Bhanu had a significant stint at the EMIRATES Group & Invesco.

He has a proven track record of successfully building products and services for some of the world’s largest companies in insurance, airlines, and other industries. He is passionate about new learning technologies and applying knowledge to solve business problems.

His expertise includes architecting scalable applications, problem-solving skills, collaboration, mentoring, team building.He is keen on customer success, quality deliverables and aligns the team towards this goal.

Guruprasad Rao

Guruprasad Rao (Guru)

A career spanning more than twenty years with 14 years of working experience in the broadcast industry for European based clients such as Philips, Technicolor, BskyB by News Corporation, Sky Italia, Liberty Global, The Netherlands, and Cisco. With his cultural experience of living in Europe; He brings together the experience of working with people, processes, technologies to engage and collaborate between customers expect from IT services and services IT is able to provide.

Guru is passionate about solving customer’s facing engineering challenges by bringing together people, process and tools, and technologies. He has proven skills to articulate and communicate a complex project in a simple and easy to understand manner to the offshore team with a focus towards application transformation based on the organization’s commitments to either public, private, or hybrid cloud adoption. These services include cloud discovery and assessment, application migration strategy to the clouds based on rehosting, refactor, re-architect, and rebuild. Guru is responsible for the overall UK and Europe Delivery Excellence within ATMECS.

Sandeep Togarathi

Sandeep Togarathi is a hands-on Cloud Computing SME who offers expertise across the whole Cloud Computing spectrum including Cloud Load Balancing, Edge Computing, Containerisation, Cloud Deployment & Security. He is passionate about experimenting with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Unity, and Unreal Engines.

As a leader and a self-sufficient innovator, Sandeep handles roles end to end – from inception to development to deployment. He has the keen ability to build high-performance teams, including his strategically selected clan of software developers that he hopes to prepare for the future cloud arena, and is a catalyst infusing productive energy into the workplace. Learning, mentoring, and sharing his experiences fuel his desire to keep growing and giving each day. Prior to joining ATMECS, Sandeep worked for companies like Accenture, Smart IMS. He is also a Commercial Licensed Pilot.

Lalit Sharma

Lalit Sharma

Lalit is passionate about data science, big data technologies, and artificial intelligence. With over 15 years of experience, Lalit has a tremendous track record delivering client success on business analytics, information architecture, data engineering, and ML/AI related programs and projects. Prior to joining ATMECS, he held impactful roles at companies like Exevo and WNS Global Services.

As a team builder, Lalit cares about nurturing his team members on the latest developments in AI and discerning new ways for solving complex business problems through data mining, synthesis, algorithm development, and applications. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications.

Kiran Vellanki

Director, IT

Kiran Vellanki

Kiran Vellanki brings over 18 years of experience in data center management, infrastructure planning, and information security to his role as the Director of global IT and Data Center Operations at ATMECS Global. Throughout his career, Kiran has successfully led email server migrations, SharePoint migrations, and integration of IT systems during mergers and acquisitions. His expertise extends to developing applications for large technology, media, medical, and automobile industries. Kiran holds an M.Tech in Data Science and Engineering from BITS Pilani. With a strong foundation in both theory and practical application, Kiran is relentless in driving efficiency and innovation in IT operations.

Naresh Nuthulapati

Director, Talent Acquisition

Naresh Nuthulapati

A seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and management with a focus on hiring and strategy. His areas of expertise include the development and execution of key hiring strategies with a proven record of delivering against aggressive targets, streamlining processes, and setting up recruitment function ground up.

He is an XLRi alumnus and worked with various startups in setting up product engineering teams before joining ATMECS.

Sumithra Raghavan

Director, Human Resources

Sumithra Raghavan

Over 16 years of IT Industry experience in functional areas of HR operations, payroll, resource management, compensation & benefits.

Sumithra has been part of ATMECS since its inception and played a key role in setting up HR processes, framing policies, employee payroll, HR metrics, analysis, HR automation, statutory compliance & implementation, employee engagement, performance management, handling HR legal related matters and continuous monitoring of the ongoing operations.

Hands-on experience in handling the employee life cycle. Knowledge on ISMS (Information Security Management System), QMS (Quality management system) standards and controls, SOX compliance. She was actively involved in BOT transactions for all the HR Operations prior.

Prior to joining ATMECS, Sumithra worked with Ness Technologies and Invesco.

Naveen Proddutoori

Naveen Proddutoori

Naveen brings 18+ years of experience in the Information Technology field. A Technical / Business / Cloud Computing Architect with an exceptional track record in applying innovative information technology solutions and achieving significant business impact and results. He has extensive experience in leading Project Teams, Product Development, Software Engineering, Infrastructures, Business Process Re-engineering and Enterprise software development and package implementations.

For the past 12 years, Naveen’s has focused in the cloud computing world primarily with Salesforce.com & Force.com Platform. As a Solutions Architect and SME Expert, he has delivered over 50+ salesforce.com implementations.

Prior to joining ATMECS, Naveen has worked with Feuji, Delta Technology, Core Technologies, NIIT, and KAP. Naveen holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management from Osmania University and is 14x Salesforce Certified.
