Ravi Velagapudi

Ravi Velagapudi is the Founder & President of ATMECS, a Research and Development Services Company focusing on Digital Technologies, Cloud Infrastructure, Data Intelligence and Next Gen Computing. Prior to ATMECS, he founded and led Rofous Inc., later acquired by Sequoia and Goldman Sachs Investment Company. Passionate to the core, Ravi, dons the role of a client partner who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence and leads from the front. With a ‘leave no stone unturned’ mantra he has guided ATMECS team in building an enviable portfolio of Fortune 500 clients.

Before embarking on an entrepreneurial journey, Ravi spent 15 years of his professional life partnering with organizations like Microsoft, Google, LinkedIn, Stryker, Cisco, Intuit, to name a few. He is best known as a consummate team builder with a focus on building lasting relationships with and earning mutual trust and respect from global industry leaders.

Ravi also loves to explore the outdoors – trekking, cycling, and training for half marathons.

Gayathri Malolan

Gayathri Malolan is a strategic thinker and self-starter with demonstrated ability in creating and sustaining organizational growth. As part of the leadership team since its inception, Gayathri has played a key role in crafting ATMECS’s vision and building brand value for the company within the industry. She is responsible for an enviable clientele of several industry leaders including in the M&E, High Tech, Transportation, and Healthcare domains. She remains deeply committed to customer success, and her flair for building genuine, lasting partnerships has been the hallmark of her accomplishments through the years.

Early in her career, she trained and managed a large sales promotion organization, Yellow Pages, India, collaborating with Bell Canada. This experience, combined with her MBA, later catapulted her to head the country operations and to help set up teams, including in Singapore, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Macau, and Indonesia.

Gayathri believes in achieving professional success, following the basic principles of life.

David Mann

David Mann

David Mann has two decades of experience in technology and business. David was elected as the “CIO of the Year” for his innovation in the insurance industry. He was the CTO of SoftBooks, Inc. where his innovations and business accomplishments were published in Los Angeles Times, and Entrepreneur Magazine. David has led technology visions for large enterprises including MetLife, Experian, Great American Insurance, Sony, and Word & Brown.

David earned his degree in Computer Science from University of California, Irvine. He began his career as a software engineer for a Fortune 50 insurance company. Soon after, he assumed a leadership role to deliver mission critical applications. He accomplished 5 software architect patent-filings at Western Digital.

He has been the CIO of several large organizations for 15 years. Before joining ATMECS, David was a major client of Ravi Velagapudi, CEO of ATMECS. He joined ATMECS because of Ravi’s vision, integrity, and a team of passionate minds. David brings the clients’ perspective into the mix for delivering meaningful solutions. David believes people are the most important component of a successful solution.

Lori Banas

Lori Banas

Lori Banas is an experienced technology executive with 25 years of global tenure in various industries. She has expertise in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data management, software services, and strategy. Known for her sales vision and leadership skills, Lori has a track record of creating successful brands and driving shareholder growth. She has held leadership positions at Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, Infor, and Nokia, where she has led high performing teams and managed portfolios. Lori is a General Management graduate and alumna of the prestigious Harvard Business School. She is also a graduate of MIT Sloan School of Business, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation programs.

Lori is an active member of the Harvard Club of New York, and her professional affiliations speak to her commitment to professional growth and networking.

Currently, she serves as the Chief AI/ML Officer at ATMECS Global.

Reza Sheikhai CPA

Reza Sheikhai CPA

As a true business partner to the CEO, Reza manages organizational performance against both the annual budget and the company’s long -term financial strategy. He develops tools, processes and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the CEO and makes actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations. Prior to ATMECS, Reza has been Vice President, Finance, for various companies from startups to companies with revenues over 1 Billion. Reza also founded and directed a Vocational School that taught students Finance and helped them get jobs in the Accounting Field.

Reza has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1990 and has his own CPA Practice that performs Audits and Taxes of Individuals, Partnerships, Corporations and Non-Profit Organizations. With over 30 years experience in the field, he has worked closely with Midsize Fortune 500 Companies (IT/MedTech) with an offshore presence and startups alike. He has also been involved in various Merger & Acquisition deals.

Venkatesa Viswanathan (Vishy)

Venkatesa Viswanathan (Vishy)

A three-decade long career has seen Vishy deliver complex projects spanning the various facets of the IT Industry – Product Engineering, Software Services, Infrastructure, Business Operations, and Customer Support. His expertise lies in managing large accounts, providing governance leadership, and increasing productivity.

An excellent communicator, a people-oriented leader with a penchant for technology enablement, Vishy believes People, Delivery, Innovation are the cornerstones for fruitful customer engagements.

Prior to joining ATMECS, Vishy has worked with Kony Labs, Ness Technologies, AINS Inc., and ITC Limited. His key achievements include setting up the India Enterprise Centres for Franklin Templeton and Invesco.

Sanjay Singh

With experience in large organizations and applying those learnings to start-ups and more importantly unlearning is what Sanjay loves to do. A career spanning about 25 years, he has built passionate technical teams at Microsoft, NorthgateArinso, Rofous, and is replicating the success at ATMECS.

Sanjay works with an objective to uncover the potential of software engineers and empower them to reach greater heights in the field of software creation and personal growth. Relentless optimism is what he believes in.

PN Sreenivasachary

P N Sreenivasachary, a 1988 batch Indian Administrative Service Officer (IAS) has joined ATMECS as COO. In his prestigious & versatile IAS career, he has held highly important positions which include Deputy Commissioner & District Magistrate of Mysore, Secretary/Principal Secretary to Karnataka Government Departments like Water Resource , Urban Development and Transport, Managing Director & Commissioner of various Public Sector Corporations & Departments, Chairman of Bangalore Development Authority & Additional Secretary to Chief Minister of Karnataka. He has actively involved in the implementation of the Asian Development Bank Aided Urban infrastructure Projects and Water Body Restoration projects in the state-aided by the World Bank. Post his retirement he was appointed as State Election Commissioner, Karnataka, a constitutional position in the rank of a High Court Judge for a period of five years.

P N Sreenivasachary is a first rank holder in Master’s Degree with three gold medals from the University of Mysore. During his professional career he has undergone training in various international universities including the University of Sussex, UK, INTAN KL Malaysia, Civil Services College, Singapore. He has been part of the GOI team to study Micro Irrigation System in Israel and Turkey, Bus Rapid Transport System in China and Taiwan, and Housing Project in Philippines and Thailand.

Chandrasekhar Sethuraman

Chandrasekhar Sethuraman

Chandrasekhar has a career spanning more than two decades with rich international experience and deep expertise in Financial Management, Corporate Strategy, Program Management, Profitability Enhancement, Pricing Strategy & Contracts Management, and Human Resource Management. At ATMECS he is responsible for the group’s financial functions including Fiscal & Financial Management, Tax, Treasury, Long term financial planning, Corporate Governance, Corporate Structuring, Compliance, and HR Operations

Before joining ATMECS, he served 10+years in IBM predominantly in the US managing the finance and operations of multiple portfolios with $500M+ in revenue where he delivered significant increases in productivity and profitability. Prior to IBM, he served 10+ years in Larsen & Toubro – Engineering performing various roles in Finance, Accounting, Project Management, HR and Legal compliance. He holds an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis university.

Outside of work, he spends most of his personal time with his family, extended family and loves to hit the beach. In addition to being a seasoned runner, his favorite pastime after family is playing basketball.

Dr. Seshagiri Rao Vellanki is an Indian Scientist, former Distinguished Scientist and Associate Director at Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). He has a working experience of more than 39 years in various capacities handling different disciplines at the Centre. Later served three more years as Prof. Satish Dhawan Professor at Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). He is instrumental in realizing Ground Instrumentation, Control Centre and Real-time Systems for Operations. He worked extensively in Simulations, Flight Data Processing and Data Analytics.

He was a recipient of Astronautical Society of India (ASI) Space Gold Medal in 2000 and ISRO Merit Award, Performance Excellence and Team Awards in 2006, 2011, 2013 and 2015. He is a fellow of many professional bodies in Aerospace, Science & Technology. He has published more than 60 papers in various journals and conferences. He is a noted speaker on advanced technologies at national and international fora.

Bala has over 25 years of global experience in Business Transformation, IT Outsourcing, Cloud, Digital and Business Development. He is known for his ability in growing and building strong teams and relationships from the start and has been a trusted partner/advisor at all levels.

Prior to ATMECS, he had worked with Quest Global, Exilant Technologies, CSS Corp, TVS Infotech and Pertech Computers and held a number of technology and leadership roles across the geographies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from NIT, Trichy.

Natarajan Choodamani

Natarajan Choodamani

Natarajan Choodamani (Choo) is currently Sr.Vice-President, Enterprise Business at ATMECS. Choo is responsible for managing and growing ATMECS footprint in the Infrastructure and Technical Support businesses. Choo has spent a large part of his career in Teledata Technologies, Accenture, HCL and CSS Corp. He was a part of CSS Corp’ North America leadership team managing the West Coast business units before coming on board ATMECS.

Choo is all about Customer Success, Business Development & managing Clients’ expectations. He is someone you can always look up to for advice and solutions to complex problems. Choo holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Systems, Information Systems and Finance. When not working, he enjoys spending time at home with family and is a big-time sports enthusiast and an active player in the tennis circuit in the Bay Area.

Meet our SVP and Media Broadcasting & Education Publishing Practice Leader, Gopal Durai. Gopal is an ambitious Industry Sales Leader who creates strategic alliances with Media Broadcasting, Education Publishing & Information Services, and Insurance, client/ industry leaders to effectively align with and support key business initiatives. He comes with over 20+ years of experience in Account Management, Project Lead and Delivery before taking on his leadership role at ATMECS.

Prior to joining ATMECS, he has worked with organizations like Capgemini, DXC Technology, Larsen & Toubro Infotech, Tata Consultancy Services, and Sail. Gopal has finished his AMIETE in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and M.Tech in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.

Harish Nankani

With a span of 20 years experience in start-ups, R&D, product development, telecom, and large enterprise-level organizations, Harish has architected, managed, engaged, and delivered many product solutions at ATMECS. Strong experience in migrating older systems/applications to cloud and microservices-based applications, covering web and mobile apps. With earlier experiences in NCR Corporation, Teradata India Private Limited, Lucent Technologies (Bell labs) via Sasken Communication, SGMartin Infoway, Kedia Infotech, Harish has mentored, guided and built the technical delivery focused team at ATMECS. Harish is passionate about technology.

Prakash Ramachandran

Prakash Ramachandran

Prakash has vast experience and skills at the intersection of Business Management, Technology Management, and Delivery Management. With more than two decades of experience in software development, Prakash has delivered success in diverse environments including product development, outsourced IT services, and consulting. Prakash has a rich experience as an Enterprise Architect, Program Director, and Business Advisory Head for customers in the US, Europe, and India.

Prior to ATMECS, he has worked for CMC Limited (which is now TCS), Wipro Technologies, Tech Mahindra and Neudesic. He is passionate about forming, building and leading engineering teams.

Ramakrishna Gumpina

Ramakrishna, who is also known as Ramki, joined ATMECS as Vice President Engineering in early 2020. Ramki has managed numerous roles in his career path including Service excellence Lead for Northern Trust bank, Delivery manager for Deutsche Bank, Head of the Change for UKAR, Service delivery manager for Lloyds bank, American General and AIG. 22+ Years of experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance domain, Professional experience in project, program management, organizational building strategy IT strategy, governance, outsourcing, Automation, and business performance improvements

Before coming to ATMECS, he worked as Principal Consultant for Infosys for a short stint and delivered Service Excellence for Large Banks and provided 28% Productivity improvements with numerous Automations. Received various prestigious awards like “Be the Navigator”, “iBpp – Improvising Business Process and Profitability” and “Best automation project” awards from Infosys COO/ CFO in a year. Before that, he was with HCL technologies where he spent over two decades.

He started his career with HCL back in 1998 and he has managed high stakes projects across three regions – India, UK and USA – for them. Amongst his peers, he is considered not only as a Vice President but also as a passionate mind who constantly brings innovative ideas to every discussion. He can speak six languages – English, Hindi, Kannada, Oriya, Tamil and Telugu. His accolades include ‘Outstanding Performer for HCL’ awards for 7 years in a row amongst many others.

Vels has 20 years of experience in building solutions for organizations to drive change through technology. He is on a mission at ATMECS building intelligent and innovative technology platforms that enable intelligent automation at scale combining the advancement in AI-ML and software robots.

Besides technology, Vels is passionate about people. He is a true mentor, and a great believer in people, enabling individuals to realize their true potential and bring out the best in them. He strongly believes people and technology are the two eyes of an organization.

Dr. L.N. Rajaram

Advisory Member

Dr. L.N. Rajaram

Dr. Rajaram, graduated from IIT, Kharagpur, India with a B. Tech (Hons) in Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering. He has a PhD from BITS, Pilani, India, in Software Engineering.

At ATMECS, Dr. Rajaram is an advisor and mentor to the technology research function, and provides direction to the product ideation and envisioning overtures. His key focus areas are IoT, IIoT, IIoT Security. He started his career in the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai, India, where he worked developing real-time software handling Radars and Missiles for the Indian Air Force. He then joined the Defense Project Cell of the Government of India, in New Delhi as Joint Director, where he led a team of software engineers working on real-time projects for the Indian Navy.

He turned an Entrepreneur in 1986 when he and his colleagues developed the first-ever commercial email software in India, which was used by several companies for their intracompany communications. By 1990, his company had a combined user base of 10,000 users.

In 2012, Dr. Rajaram founded Kritilabs Technologies Pvt, Ltd, which went on to become NASSCOM’s best emerging IOT company in 2019 and the Best Start-up of the year of TIE. The company has served large Public and Private sector companies with its innovative IoT products. These products have been patented in the US and India and are designed and developed and manufactured in India. Around 50,000 IoT devices have been deployed in the last couple of years.

Dr. Rajaram has many publications, including in the prestigious IEEE Journal. Dr. Rajaram has six patents, three each in the US and in India, besides a few more that are pending in the Indian Patent Office. Dr. Rajaram has also won two Innovation awards for his solutions to challenges published by the US-based Innocentive Group.

Dr. Rajaram’s interests include the Mentorship and Development of Entrepreneurs and SMEs. Dr. Rajaram is a certified Team Software Process Coach and Personal Software Process trainer of the Software Engineering Institute at Pittsburgh, USA, and has conducted several workshops for major IT companies in India and overseas.

In his spare time he plays tennis and reads business, technology, fiction, and non-fiction books.
